  • The product must not have been damaged or altered in any way.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are installed or used.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided, ensuring that the RA number is clearly marked on the package.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Photos of the damaged item will be required to process your claim.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
